Contest Title: Snap the LazyCat at BLIMS

Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo event will run from May 20 - June 15, 2024.
  2. Promo is open for all participants with age 18 years old and above, currently residing in the Philippines. Employees of BLIMS Lifestyle Group Inc. are not eligible to join the contest as well as their relatives of up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity.
  3. Participants should be following @blimsfurniture on Instagram or Facebook, wherever the participant posted their entry.
  4. Participants should tag @blimsfurniture with official hashtags #SnapTheLaZCat #GarfieldAtBLIMS on their post to be considered an eligible entry to the promo event.
  5. In order for the participant’s video to successfully count for this promo, it should meet all the criteria below:
    1. Follow @blimsfurniture on Instagram or Facebook
    2. Create a Facebook or Instagram reel featuring at least one (1) photo or video of the Garfield cutout and placards in any of the BLIMS Fine Furniture branches nationwide.
    3. The participant should use the official hashtags #SnapTheLaZCat #GarfieldAtBLIMS and tag @blimsfurniture upon posting of entry.
    4. The Facebook or Instagram reel post should be set in public until the raffle draw for verification purposes.
    5. Content should be posted on their Facebook or Instagram page.

 

Registration

  1. To qualify for the contest, participants must go to bit.ly/BLIMSSnapGarfield and register to submit their official entry.
    1. Only entries registered through the link will be considered for this promotion.
    2. Only videos posted within the promo duration date will be honored for this promotion.
    3. By participating in this promo, all participants are giving BLIMS Lifestyle Group, Inc. the rights to use all submitted entries in all promotional activities/materials of the promotion.
  2. Participants can have multiple entries as long as the posts are of different branches and register each unique entry on the registration link.
  3. By officially registering an entry on the registration link, the participant also gives their consent that their Facebook or Instagram reel/s or video/s can be used for marketing purposes for this promo. This includes using the photos of their entries for marketing materials for this promo.
  4. Registration and screening schedule are as follows:
    1. Registration of Entries: May 20 – June 15, 2024
    2. Raffle draw schedule: June 17, 2024
    3. Announcement of winners: June 24, 2024
  5. There will only be one (1) winner of a Special Edition La-Z-Boy Garfield Recliner for this promo.
  6. Participants can register as many posts as they can during the contest period.
  7. Prizes are tax-free.
  8. Prizes are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
  9. Participants give their consent to BLIMS Lifestyle Group, Inc. to use their photo/video entries for marketing purposes.

 

Announcement of Winners

Winners will be announced within five (5) working days after the raffle draw via the official social media accounts of BLIMS Fine Furniture. A BLIMS Lifestyle Group, Inc.’s representative will notify the winner through the registered email, a phone call, or a direct message. Before announcing the winners on BLIMS Fine Furniture’s social media pages, BLIMS Lifestyle Group, Inc. reserves the right to verify the details submitted by the winner through the contest registration link to ensure that all details are correct and valid.

 

Claiming of Prizes

  1. The Special Edition La-Z-Boy Garfield Recliner may be claimed at BLIMS Lifestyle Group Inc.’s head office at 14 Williams st., Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
  2. In claiming the Special Edition La-Z-Boy Garfield Recliner, the participant must present the following:
    1. Two (2) government-issued valid IDs (SSS or GSIS ID, Driver’s License, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Passport, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID, Senior Citizen ID).
    2. Screenshot of the official email sent to the winning participant.
  3. In the event that the winner cannot personally claim the Garfield recliner, an authorized representative may claim on his/her behalf, provided that the representative brings the following:
    1. Two (2) government-issued valid IDs (SSS or GSIS ID, Driver’s License, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Passport, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID, Senior Citizen ID) of the winner.
    2. Screenshot of the official email sent to the winning participant.
    3. An authorization letter signed by the winner himself/herself.
  4. If prize is unclaimed within 60 days from receipt of registered mail, proclamation of the winner will be forfeited in favor of BLIMS Lifestyle Group, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
