  • Sales Manager

    Responsibilities: Responsible in managing company’s products and services within a geographical area. Ensures consistent profitability and accomplishes business development activities by developing marketing opportunities and plans. Implementing sales plan and managing staff. Maintain customer service relationship management.

    Requirements:

       • Male or Female, Not more than 35 years old
       • 3-5 years experience in retail and whole sale industry •    With proven track record in achieving sales targets
       • 4 years college graduate in any field of business course like Accounting, Management or Economics. 
       • Highly articulate and can deal well with people in all levels
       • Flexible and has ability to manage sales people
       • Pleasing and has strong personality

  • Head Designer

    Responsibilities: Lead the design team in both the head office and retail stores to ensure that the duties of the design department are fulfilled. Oversee all aspects of the Company’s design function including store design & construction, visual merchandising, training, exhibits, tie-ups with the design community, product consultation, and the like

    Requirements:
       • Bachelor’s / College degree from a reputable school (Professional License preferred but not required)
       • At least 5 years work experience in a supervisory role, preferable with experience in retail, visual merchandising and/or building & construction
       • Excellent written and oral communication skills
       • Ability to motivate and lead others
       • Fluency in English and Tagalog
       • Driven, hardworking and able to work under minimal supervision
       • Organized, with a problem-solving attitude
       • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google SketchUp
       • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferred but not required
       • Must be willing to work weekends and occasional holidays 

  • Showroom Manager - Premium Retail

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage all aspects of showroom operations to ensure the pleasant and effective operations of your store including but not limited to processing transactions, inventory maintenance and replenishment, basic visual merchandising, personnel handling, coordination with the head office, and local store marketing.
    • Lead and motivate your team towards achieving your targets and offering impeccable customer service at all times
    • Be the driving force for building brand awareness in the market by using tools such as local store marketing, social media and traditional media with the help of the head office.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
       • Bachelor’s / College Degree from a reputable school
       • At least 2 years work experience in a supervisory role, preferably with experience in high-end retail outlet
       • Excellent written and oral communication skills
       • Ability to motivate and lead others
       • Fluency in English and Tagalog
       • Driven, hardworking and able to work under minimal supervision
       • Organized, with a problem-solving attitude
       • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Assistant Showroom Manager - Premium Retail

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in Managing showroom operations to ensure the pleasant and effective operations of your high-end store including but not limited to processing transactions, inventory maintenance and replenishment, basic visual merchandising.
    • Manage the marketing of your store and brand using tools such as a local store marketing, social media and traditional media with the help of the head office.
    • Build and develop a client base for the brand by conducting sales presentations to prospective clients and partners.
    • Provide excellent customer service through:
          • Effective communication with the clients to identify their needs and requirements
          • Accurate product quotations submitted in a timely manner
          • Transactions done smoothly from start to finish while also providing after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction
          • Effective teamwork to resolve client concerns or questions

  • Management Trainee

    Responsibilities:Contributes to the attainment of the desired sales objectives through the monitoring of sales and merchandise. Will undergo intensive training in retail operations to serve as understudies to Branch Managers and effectively manage their own branch in 1 to 2 years. 

    Qualifications:
       • Male or Female, not more than 35 years old
       • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
       • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
       • Above average communication skills both in verbal and written English
